Main causes of Headaches




Everyone affected by headache at some points in their life. Headache is a normal complaint in medical field. Headaches classified into two types based on the causes, one is Primary headaches and another one is secondary headaches. A primary headache is not symptoms of underlying disease but it make some sensitive pain in your head. Secondary headache is symptoms of underlying disease like brain tumor, sinus infections, and strokes, it also make a sensitive pain in nervous in your head.
There are various factor can generate the headaches, but if you are experience continues headaches pain better you must consult your doctor.

Main Causes of Headaches

Stress
No one say in this world I am never in stress or tension. All of them put up in stress in some situation of life. Naturally our body has power to control the stress. The migraines follow the tense situation that time human body produce cortisol and reduce the stress. But if your body contains very less level of cortisol, then it is very hard to manage the stress situation.  You can also try some simple techniques to get relive from stress. In the stress situation you can take deep breathing, meditation, think good incident happened in your life and a relaxing massage. The natural essential oils also help to cure the headaches and give relief from stress.

Dehydration and Skipped meals
Few people are not drinking more water (maximum 8 glasses of water a day) and avoid the meals. If you’re like that a way then automatically pain knocks your head. Try to drinking 8 glasses of water a day and eat meals in correct time. Eat more fruits and vegetables that contain water and nutrition’s. Always take foods that contains vitamins, proteins and fiber; it gives good health to your body and protect from head pain.

Cold stimulus Headaches
We are all known about the brain freeze, it occurs sometimes when we are eating delicious ice cream. Many of them eating more ice cream in few minutes, then it make a pain in head. So that time eat the ice cream very slowly and take little quantity to eat (I know very well it’s very hard to taste delicious ice cream very slowly). But if you follow the steps you can get relief from headaches.

Environmental Factors
Nowadays pollution's increase more and more due to rising of industries, vehicles and many other reasons.  In the environment contains many toxic substances and it make headaches to the people. To reduce the toxic substances from the environments, plants more air filtering trees. You can also spend more time with nature and avoids the headaches.

Lack of Sleep
Sleeping is also good to maintain our body health. Normally human being need 6 hours rest in the night time, but many of them not sleep during the night time. It is also the cause for headaches. So take rest regularly 6 hours a night.

Exercise Induced Headaches
If you are workout in gym with hard exercise, then it also cause for your headaches. You must avoid doing the workout longer time. Moderate exercise is considered as good stress reliever. Walking is a good choice to increase circulation and helps to relax the neck and shoulder muscles.

Excessive Medication use
Few people use more medication for pain. It’s also leading the development of rebound headaches. So try to reduce the medication use for pain.

Food allergies
Headaches and migraines are associated with food allergies. Cow’s milk, egg, cheese, wheat, caffeine and meats that are process with nitrates are most common things responsible for Headaches. Keep the record first, what are the foods you are intake? Then find the suspicious food. Try to avoid the suspicious food from your regular intake food and protect your body health from Headaches.

Digestive Problems
The head represent digestive system, this is according by Chinese medicine. The all headaches are some way related to digestive health. You must note your digestion after eating your food, certain foods discomfort to your digestion and also make headaches.

Symptoms of Disease
The secondary headaches have the many symptoms of disease. But the primary symptoms does not underlying any symptoms of disease. There many disease and medical condition that causes Headaches. If you are experience unusual headaches then you must consult your doctor is very good for your health and future life.

Smoking
We are all known cigarettes can cause headaches; it’s not a new message. But be alert, because if you don’t smoke yourself, the second hand smoke also contains nicotine it affect your brain vessels.  So avoid smoking habits and keep away distance from second hand smoke.

Temperature Change
You can protect your body from several headache causes. But you can’t change the temperature conditions. You must wear cooling glass and drink more water during summer time. It helps to avoid the headaches.



These are the main cause of Headaches. You must aware of your body conditions. If you suffer in regular Headaches you must consult your doctor that is good for your health.
